Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data Seed Media collects through seedmedia.in, why, where it is kept, how long we keep it, and how you can see, correct or delete it.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms, plus a few technical details needed to keep the site secure.
- We use it only to reply to you (enquiries) or to consider you for a role (job applications).
- We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for advertising. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels on this site.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time: write to outreach@seedmedia.in.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Seed Media, a sole proprietorship of Vijay Vaswani, registered at Third Floor, Jyoti Cineplex, Mahaveer Road, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011, India (“Seed Media”, “we”, “us”).
For the personal data described here, Seed Media decides why and how it is processed, so we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and responsible for it under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
2. What we collect, and why

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as health, financial account or biometric information. Please don’t include it in your message or resume.
3. Your consent
We process the data you send through our forms on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form after seeing the notice next to it. Technical data in server logs is processed to keep the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (section 8); this stops further processing but does not affect anything already done lawfully. If you withdraw consent for a job application, we will stop considering it.
4. Where your data is kept, and who helps us
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Google Workspace (Google LLC and affiliates): enquiries and applications are stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive in our company account, and email is handled through Google. Google may store data on servers outside India.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server that delivers this website and passes form submissions to Google.
Inside Seed Media, only the people who handle enquiries or hiring can see this data. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we don’t share it with brands, creators or anyone else for their own use. We will disclose data only if the law requires it, for example to comply with a valid order from a court or a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation with you, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our contract and tax records require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can consider you for similar roles, then deleted. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employee record.
- Server logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
We delete data sooner if you ask us to and we have no legal reason to keep it.
6. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions go through our own server, which checks where they come from, limits how often they can be sent, and filters out automated spam before writing to an access-controlled Google account. The credentials used for this are kept on the server, not in the website. Access to stored data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal data happens, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act and Indian law, you can ask us to:
- Access: get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it.
- Correct or update anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, or when you withdraw consent.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our answer, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we don’t give your data to someone else. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Children
This website and our forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not send us your details; if we learn that we have received them, we will delete them.
10. Other websites
Our site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or the law change, and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect where we reasonably can.
